What kind of image do you have when you hear the word "cruising"?
Enjoying an elegant and open time with a pleasant breeze! As you can imagine, we add even more value to the cruising experience for each and every one of our customers.
We also place the highest priority on safety and security, and operate our vessels under safety management on a daily basis so that our customers can enjoy an extraordinary cruising experience.
We will continue to provide memorable cruising experiences by introducing new ideas, cuisine, and productions that have never been seen before so that everyone will say, "That was fun," "I want to go again," and "I look forward to working with you again.

For us, it is a "usual" boat, but for some of our clients, it may be "once a year" or "for the first time in their lives".
That is why it is a once-in-a-lifetime encounter, and a chance to rub each other's sleeves is a chance for other lives.

Application Process.
Let me briefly explain.

When can I make a reservation?
As long as the ship is available, reservations can be made the day before or even a year in advance.
The following is a brief description of the busy and not-so-busy times of the year for the ship.

The busiest months throughout the year are July, August, September, and December.

The busiest days of the week are Saturday and Friday, when we receive many inquiries.

We offer various set discounts such as winter discount, 5:00 p.m. disembarkation discount, and 3 months early discount.

The busiest days are Saturdays and Sundays in early April, followed by Saturdays and Sundays at the end of March, and weekdays are the best times to visit.

We recommend early reservations for boats during the cherry blossom viewing season, as reservations begin to fill up two months in advance, around the end of January.

Our recommendations include the Edogawa Fireworks Festival, the Koto-ku Fireworks Festival, and the Odaiba Maritime Art Fireworks Festival.

The date of the fireworks display is usually set around May, so if you want to make a reservation, make a reservation right away.

Reservations for the Sumida River Fireworks Festival fill up early.

From December 3 to December 29 the ship will be crowded with reservations for year-end parties.

Currently (2017), there is also a small fireworks display with several thousand shots every Saturday in December in Odaiba.

Application Process: STEP2

By making an early tentative reservation, you have 7 days to consider the candidate dates you have held, if there are more than 30 days from the party date, or 3 days if there are less than 30 days.

We look forward to hearing from you after the period.

However, even during the tentative reservation period, if another customer inquires about the tentatively reserved date, do we make a final decision? If you have a tentative reservation, we will ask you whether or not you want to make a final decision. Please understand that we will ask you to answer the question "Do you want to make a decision or not?

Please note that we may contact you by phone or e-mail during or after the tentative reservation period to discuss your request. If you do not respond to our phone call or e-mail within 24 hours, we may cancel your tentative reservation.

Precautions

If a customer who has made a tentative reservation wishes to inspect a vessel on site, depending on the vessel and the location of the inspection, the inspection may be conducted at a distant location or at a mooring at sea, and the actual cost will be charged separately.

Pier charges will be charged separately depending on the location of the pier and the vessel.

Once you have decided on the details of your visit, please fill out the reservation form.

Reservations can be made via internet form mail.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully, and by agreeing to the terms and conditions, you will complete your reservation by submitting your application.

Please note that your reservation may be cancelled if we are not able to confirm your agreement and submission of the above application form.

Application Process: STEP4

Please contact us until the day before your party to discuss changes in the number of people, embarkation time, and meal details.

Please feel free to consult with us about the planning and staging of your event, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Determination of the number of people

Please report by the end of business hours two days prior to the boarding date.
The minimum guaranteed amount and the per-person price are fixed.

Increase in the number of employees

*The increase will be billed at the per-person rate determined by the guaranteed amount.
*If the number of employees is increased before the day of the event,
Even if it is difficult to prepare a meal, we will charge per person because of our set price.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Application Process: STEP5

On the day of the tour, please be sure to arrive punctually 20 minutes prior to the boarding time at each boarding area.

Please contact us at 03-5730-4443 once you have assembled.

All passengers, regardless of the number of passengers, will embark within 10 minutes and disembark within 10 minutes.

Please note that we cannot wait for latecomers while the boat is parked at the pier.

Please note that the pier is reserved with detailed time management, so if a customer is late to meet at the pier, other boats will have priority.

If the departure time is delayed for the customer's convenience, the arrival time will not be changed.

Even if we meet on time, there are many cases when the ship is crowded or there is a delay in arrival due to the use of a boarding ship, and other ships may have priority according to the instructions of the pier management, in which case we will allow two hours of cruising from the time you board the ship.

Precautions

As for the use of the Asashio Canal Pier, the pier management association has asked us to lower the volume near the pier due to the presence of condominiums in the neighborhood.

We would also appreciate it if you could finish your greeting and musical performance before entering the canal at the Asashio Canal landing on your return trip.

A welcome drink will be served, but before the toast, our staff will first give an explanation of the ship and announce some precautions.

3. Restroom and smoking area

4. Requests for safe navigation and explanation of emergencies

We will announce the above and hand the microphone to the secretary.

For guests who pay in cash on the day of the party, we will recalculate the number of guests based on our count during the party, and please be prepared to pay after the report.

We have an agreement on the issuance of receipts at the time of settlement, and we ask that you please observe the following

Cash payment on the day

1. As a general rule, we issue only one certificate.

2. We do not give it to you with an unaddressed envelope.

3. In the notes, enter the content, date, and number of persons on board.

Lastly, we would like to ask our customers who pay in cash on the day of the cruise to fill out and sign a confirmation of payment form prepared by our accountant, which includes the number of passengers and the total amount of payment.

In case of advance transfer

1. We generally do not issue a receipt after confirming the transfer of funds, as it will be duplicated on the bank transfer statement.

2. If the name on the application form is different from the name on the transfer form, please let us know in advance.

Notes on the day of the supplement

Cruising will be cancelled if you do not follow the staff's precautions or if you are deemed to be acting in a dangerous manner.

Please be advised that in case of drunkenness, we may return to the pier at the discretion of the staff or captain.
