1. Please fill out and submit the application form or send it by mail.

2. If the application form cannot be confirmed after the tentative reservation period (one week) by phone, the application may be treated as cancelled.
(The deposit will be handled as part of the cruise and cancellation fee.)

3.[Attention! Tentative reservations are usually valid for 7 days.
*Tentative reservations during peak season will be held for 3 days. If you have difficulty accepting or rejecting the reservation during this period, you may extend the tentative reservation, but if you do not contact us, we may cancel the tentative reservation.
Please be sure to contact us with a report of the results once you have considered the proposal.
However, please note that the due date may be shortened if we receive applications from other customers.

After formally applying for the tour, the customer may cancel the contract by paying the cancellation fee specified below.
However, requests for contract cancellation will be accepted during our business hours.

1 Cancellation fees for special rates differ for fireworks cruising plans during the summer season, so please be sure to check the above information again.

2. Regarding the change of due date, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been changed.

3 If the number of participants is suddenly increased or decreased before the day of the tour, the minimum guarantee plus the amount set at the time of application per person will be applied.
In case of a reduction in the number of participants, we will charge the guaranteed amount for the number of participants who have submitted a report at least 2 days prior to the date of the event.

1. As a general rule, there is no charge for children from 0 to 3 years old, but for children up to 12 years old (elementary school students), half of the unit price for the set number of adults will be charged separately.

2. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; those between the ages of 15 (high school) and 20 must have a parent or guardian's written consent.
Please inform us if you have any disabilities or health problems.

We ask that you inform us of the official number of passengers at least 2 days in advance. Please note that we select and provide our own food.
The menu is subject to change depending on the season and the number of guests. Buffet meals are based on our standard for one person.

The balance of the total amount, excluding the deposit, must be paid in cash before or during embarkation. The remaining balance of the total amount must be collected and paid in full by the client. Please note that we do not accept cashless or credit card payments or invoices after embarkation.
*Please make a deposit of 100,000 yen for the reservation of a cruise for the fireworks display.
*Payment by bank transfer must be made by the designated payment date after confirming the details of the invoice sent in advance.

5. All the total amounts in the price list are rounded off to the nearest 10 yen.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on board. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated areas indicated by our staff.

7. Please be careful not to touch the lighting equipment, sound equipment, microphones, etc. attached to the ship, as we will adjust them.
For music parties, please bring your own amplifiers and speakers.

8. Hazardous materials and flammable items are prohibited.

9. While every effort will be made to ensure safe navigation, any injuries or soiling of clothing due to wave action caused by rip currents, etc. will be the responsibility of the passenger.

10. Please be careful of burns, etc. when cooking on the barbecue or table during the anchorage.
We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during cooking.

11. If you feel seasick or vomit, please ask our staff for a plastic bag.
Please be careful not to vomit in the restroom, as it may cause a blockage.

12. Do not engage in dangerous activities such as leaning overboard or standing on the bow.
Please do not dive into the sea or rivers.

13. Even if the number of passengers is reduced on the day of the tour, the final number of passengers reported by the day before the tour will be used for settlement.

14. Please consult with our staff when bringing in your own equipment.
(We are not responsible for any food poisoning that may occur to customers who bring their own food or take it home with them.)
To prevent food poisoning, we do not allow our guests to take home any of the food and beverages we serve.

15. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of small children by keeping a close eye on them.

16. Please board the boat promptly at the time of departure and disembark as soon as possible after arriving at the pier.
Please note that embarkation and disembarkation times may vary depending on the number of other boats on the day of embarkation and disembarkation.
Please be sure not to be late for the departure time of the boat as the pier is available for a certain period of time on the day of the boat departure.

17. In the event that the customer or the client company performs decorations, music, entertainment, etc., the customer or the client company shall carry them in and out and set them up in accordance with the Company's rules and regulations.
In the event that the loading and unloading cannot be completed promptly upon embarkation and disembarkation, an additional fee will be charged for the loading and unloading.
In addition, the customer is responsible for the removal of all decorations and fixtures brought in by the customer or the contractor.

18. In principle, we do not issue more than one receipt.

19. We are not responsible for any problems related to theft, loss, or damage of your luggage.

20. Drinking and driving is prohibited by law. Please use public transportation when coming to the event if you are under the influence of alcohol.
In addition, we do not sell alcoholic beverages to minors (under 20 years of age), as this is prohibited by law.
Please understand this in advance.

21. When waiting near the pier or embarking/disembarking, please do not behave in a manner that may disturb neighbors (shouting, sitting in parks or public areas, obstructing vehicles walking, etc.).
*If the pier is within a residential area, please refrain from greeting or staging at a loud volume as our staff will adjust the volume of the music and microphone.

22. The customer or the client shall take the utmost care not to damage the pier facilities, the vessel's hull, or the fixtures and fittings on board the vessel.
In the event of damage, we will provide you with instructions on how to repair the product, and we ask that you either repair the product yourself or pay for the damage as soon as possible.

23. Please note that we are not responsible for any malfunction or poor connection of the equipment brought by the customer or provided free of charge.

In principle, we will not be involved in the results of entertainment planned by the customer. Please consider engine noise, wind noise, etc. in advance and make your own decision on how to proceed with the entertainment.

25. We will refuse to accept a contract or to allow a passenger to board the ship if we confirm any of the following
If a vessel is found to be in port, the vessel will return to port immediately and the party will be terminated.
In such a case, please note that any fees already paid, if any, will not be refunded and the remaining fees will be charged in accordance with the "Agreement on Cancellation Fees" above.

Violent behavior
Undressing
Wisecracks
Coercion of alcohol consumption
Disturbance to participants
When there is a risk that the applicant may commit an act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
Causing inconvenience to crew members or third parties.
If you violate the Terms and Conditions.
Failure to follow the instructions of our staff.

26. Please note that anyone who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company while on board will be asked to leave the premises.
In order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, their affiliates, persons making illegal or unreasonable demands, and passengers over capacity will not be allowed on board.

27. If the ship cannot be operated as scheduled on the embarkation date due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, breakdown of the ship (engine trouble, etc.), orders or demands of public offices, weather, non-compliance with the conditions of application, etc., we will respond by providing an alternative renting place, but if an alternative place cannot be arranged, we will not accept any compensation for damages, etc, However, if we are unable to arrange an alternative location, we will not be held liable for any damages.

28. By applying for participation, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions (rules, precautions, prohibited items, and cancellation policy).
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove rules, prohibitions, and notices as necessary.
Continued participation in the program will be deemed to indicate that the customer understands and agrees to the changes.

If we suffer damages due to the customer's intentional or negligent acts, or acts against the law or public order and morals, we will make a claim for compensation for damages to the customer.

Important: The representative must inform all participants of this embarkation agreement.

The personal information you provide will be used to complete the application and pledge form and to allow us to contact and notify you.
The "Agreement" is a contractual agreement between the parties to the terms and conditions of the agreement before, during, and after embarkation, clarifying safe navigation and intentional or negligent conduct, which will be enforced in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
